EGYPT
The Internet is relatively well developed in Egypt with no shortage of private ISPs, both in Cairo and in other large towns and cities. ISDN services are also available. Plenty of web sites are available in English, although there are many Arabic sites too, or at least Arabic sections of predominantly English sites. Official government sites are usually available in both languages - it's best to use a late version browser (eg IE 4+) when accessing Arabic content.
